My sketchbook work
drawings from my sketchbook. I really like the look of them because they look very professional especial the one drawn with fine pen.
This drawing is inspired by Victor Horta's designs. I started to build up this flowing design with very organic elements. I like the energy of this design and I think it worked out very well.I think I will use this pattern in my final design.
The inspiration for those two drawings I took from the interior design magazine. I think both of them capturing movement. In my opinion they are quite successful especially the mirror is my favourite maybe because is in an art nouveau stile.
This is very similar example to the drawing on the top of the page and as well as the previous I have been inspired by Horta’s designs. I used some colour to make the drawing more interesting. I think it worked and the drawing is very successful. In my opinion is more flowing then the black and white one and is more delicate as well.
Those are the decorative elements I have drawn inspired by articles in interior design magazines. I was trying to capture movement within those designs. I don’t think they worked out very well but they are very nice and decorative and I think many people would use them in their houses.
